Pizza Run Terms of Use (Terms) presented in this document are the basic rights and obligations that users and Pizza Run (Pizzaruns.com) have and agree on when using Pizza Run website. This Terms constitute a binding agreement between Pizza Run and you as a user. When you use the Website, you agree to the Terms and they affect your rights and obligations. If you do not accept any or one of the terms and policy herein please kindly stop using our website and services immediately.


Pizza Run reserves the right at any time and in our sole discretion to change or modify these Terms, or any policy or guideline of the site and platform. If we make changes or modifications to these Terms, we will provide you with notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing notice through the Services or updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms on our site. So we implore you to frequently review the Terms and applicable policies guiding your use of the website and service. 3. Our Services


Pizza Run began in 2018 & has since exploded across the UK, delivering running fun with tasty pizza to cities all across the UK. Born of a love for running & the nation’s favorite food. Our events are designed for anyone from beginner to seasoned runner. The second you cross that finish line you get to throw some tasty pizza into your mouth, whilst celebrating your achievement with the custom designed 2020 Pizza Run medal around your neck


4. Purchasing a Ticket or T-shirts


To purchase Tickets or T-shirts for an event on the website, you must register an account with us, to do these you will be providing us with some of your personal information. Throughout the Website you may choose the Tickets or T-shirts you wish to purchase and proceed to payment. Please check your purchase carefully before you confirm your purchase properly before placing your order. At this stage an offer has been made by you to purchase the Tickets selected. When we accept your offer to buy a Ticket we will charge you via your chosen payment method with the particular price of the ticket and booking fee. 


You agree to provide us accurate personal information throughout this process. You also agree to pay the stated price of the event and ticket displayed on the website.


5. User Data


When a User (including you) submits content or information to the Services, (“User Data”), the user retains ownership of any intellectual property rights in that content. When a User uploads or otherwise submits content to our Services, he gives Pizza Run a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (e.g. as translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that the content in question works better with the Services), communicate, publish, perform, display and distribute such content. The rights a User grants in this license are for the limited purpose of operating and improving the Services, and to develop new ones. 6. Account Creation


To access the Pizza Run services or purchase a tickets for an event, you will need to sign up and register for a Profile or account. To do these you will be prompted to by provide personal information such as the following

  • payment or billing information


You agree and accept that you will use our Services for yourself only and will not act as any other person, third party, or entity. Unless expressly authorized by Pizza Run, you are not allowed to have more than one account and cannot sell, share, borrow or otherwise make available your account details to people or entities other than yourself. When you create an account with Pizza Run, you consent to receive updates, news or newsletter from us. You may unsubscribe from our mailing service at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the e-mails you receive from us. 


You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account is your responsibility, and we are not responsible for any unlawful or unauthorized access to your account or any loss or damage in connection to that. You must notify us promptly if you think your login information has been compromised or no longer confidential. You shall not impersonate any user or unlawfully access anyone’s account.


7. Taxes, Raffles, and Auctions


If there are taxes, other governmental charges or any other fees associated with your use of the Site including the auction, T-shirts sales, raffles (a means of raising money by selling numbered tickets, one or some of which are subsequently drawn at random, the holder or holders of such tickets winning a prize), or other financial transactions on the Site these will be your responsibility to pay. You should consult your tax adviser on any potential taxes or tax effects related to the auction, raffle, fund a need appeal, sales and other transactions made through the Site.

We are always working on adding additional features to our Services, and because of that, and also since sometimes applicable laws change, we may revise and reissue these Terms occasionally, by posting updated Terms. You grant Pizza Run a perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid and royalty-free license to collect, access, process, transmit, store, copy, share, display, and use any data and information collected by Pizza Run or provided by you in connection with your use of the Services in order to provide, operate, develop, improve, and/or optimize any of our Services, and otherwise as permitted by our Privacy Policy.


13. Legal Age


You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use our Services. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person or entity’s behalf and that the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or the other person or entity violates these Terms.


14. Refunds Policy


Due to the nature of our services, tickets or T-shirts purchase on our website is final and payments cannot be refunded. However, tickets are transferrable by name but not refundable, and also booking fee or service charges are non-refundable. If you have any complaints about our refund policy please send us a message


15. Canceled and Postponed Events


Occasionally, events may be canceled or postponed by us. Should this occur, we will contact all participant and Ticket Buyers regarding rescheduling, refund or exchange procedures for such event. 


16. Your Use of Our Material


Your right to make use of the Pizza Run Service and Material or other content appearing on our site is subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may not modify, or use the Material or any other content related to our Services for any purpose not permitted by these Terms. Such prohibited use violates these Terms and may be a violation of the Copyrights and/or Trademarks protected by us.


You may access and display Material and all other content displayed on our site for non-commercial, personal, entertainment use on any computer, tablet, smart watch, or mobile device you own or control. The Material and all other content on this Service may not otherwise be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any way unless specifically authorized by Pizza Run. Also, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise reducing the code used in any software on this Service into a readable form in order to examine the construction of such software and/or to copy or create other products based (in whole or in part) on such software, is prohibited. Nevertheless, we do not make any representations, warranties, covenants or guarantees that: (1) the Service, or any portion thereof, will be monitored for accuracy or unacceptable use, (2) apparent statements of fact will be authenticated, or (3) we will take any specific action (or any action at all) in the event of a challenge or dispute regarding compliance or non-compliance with the Agreement. The following sets forth Pizza Run “Acceptable Use Policy”:  You agree not to use the Site or Services to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content 


  • that violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; 

  • that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or is otherwise objectionable; 

  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise. 

  • that is in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party;

19. Repeat Infringer Policy


In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law, Pizza Run has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and in Pizza Run’ sole discretion, subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Pizza Run may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to the Services if you infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

All copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices presented on our website must appear on all copies you print. Other non-Pizza Run product, service, or Pizza Run designations on our website belong to those respective third parties and may be mentioned in our website for identification purposes only. You should contact the appropriate vendor (store owners) for more complete information regarding such information and their product description. Your use of and access to our website does not grant you any license or right to use any of the marks included on our website.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Pizza Run, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the services or to these terms exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to Pizza Run for access to or use of the services. Pizza Run enables you to generate ratings and reviews, photos, videos or other content about Pizza Run platform ("Feedback"). Feedback is intended to enable other users to get a meaningful picture of the platform. Feedback may only contain truthful information. Feedback must be in accordance with the law and may not violate the rights of third parties, in particular personal rights, trademark rights or copyrights, as well as data protection regulations.   • Pizza Run is legally obliged to remove the Feedback, e.g. due to a court ruling

  • the Feedback contains vulgar, obscene, racist, not youth-free or in the criminal sense insulting statements

  • the Feedback contains personal data, e.g. name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail-address

  • the Feedback contains inappropriate links or scripts, e.g. with harmful content

  • the Feedback contains inappropriate advertising for third parties

Pizza Run reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services, or any features or portions thereof, without prior notice. You agree that Pizza Run will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services, or any part thereof.

For contractual purposes, you (1) consent to receive communications from Pizza Run in an electronic form such as email, to provide special deals, and promotion; (2) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Pizza Run provides to you electronically via email satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. Pizza Run respects the privacy of children and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This Children’s Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13. This Site does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent, or do we provide Pizza Run services to children under 13 years of age except as permitted by COPPA. However we may provide our service to children under 13 years of age but in supervision of a parental guardian.

You are responsible for complying with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If you are a user and habitually reside in a Member State of the European Union, the laws of that Member State will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms ("claim"), and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that Member State that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved in a competent Constitutional of the English Courts will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We Undertake To:


  • Process the personal data within the services specified in this terms only on documented instructions from your unless processing is required by applicable laws to which we are subject to, in which case we shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, inform you of that legal requirement before the relevant processing of that personal data; 

  • Inform you if we consider that an instruction violates data protection laws or regulations. We shall then be entitled to suspend the execution of the relevant instructions; 

  • Ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality;

38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the English laws and the required European Union GDPR regulation and every state we aim to do business. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against must be resolved by arbitration. You and Pizza Run both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom; for claims falling within the jurisdiction of a U.K. Region, you and Pizza Run both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.


Any dispute arising from these Terms and your use of the Services will be subject to Arbitration, without regards to conflict of law rules or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court, hence it will be resolved by arbitration.


39. Termination


Pizza Run reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Services, and to block or prevent your future access to, and use of, the Services.


40. Severability


If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
